OVERVIEW

Welcome to casa purrs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate this website and Shopify store (the “Store”), including all related information, content, products, services, and tools offered through the Store (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or purchasing from our Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country, state, or territory of residence, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, incorrect, or late goods.

We make every effort to display product colors, details, sizing, and descriptions accurately. However, actual colors and appearance may vary due to device screens, lighting, production methods, and material differences.

All product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

Many of our products are made-to-order through trusted production partners. Because of this, slight variations may occur between product images, mockups, and finished items.

We reserve the right to:

Discontinue products

Refuse or cancel orders where permitted by law

Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions

SECTION 3: ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, shipping is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, custom, or produced specifically for your order, orders may not be cancelled once production has started unless required by law or unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described.

For non-custom items, cancellation and return rights are handled under our Refund Policy and any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4: PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices may be displayed in USD, GBP, AUD, NZD, or another local currency depending on your location, selected market, browser settings, or the sales channel used.

The final product price, shipping cost, taxes, and any applicable duties will be shown at checkout before payment.

Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges unless expressly stated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that are not collected at checkout.

You agree that:

You will pay all charges incurred

We may use third-party payment processors to process transactions securely. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Processing times and delivery times may vary depending on the product, production partner, destination country, carrier, customs processing, public holidays, weather, and other events beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, failed delivery attempts, or events beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to pay customs/import charges, or failure to collect the parcel, we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any non-recoverable production costs from any refund where permitted by law.

For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the delivery address, nominated recipient, parcel collection point, or safe place you selected.

If you are purchasing as a business, risk may pass when the order is handed to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

SECTION 6: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We may sell and ship to customers in multiple countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and other locations where shipping is available.

Product availability, pricing, shipping methods, shipping costs, taxes, duties, and delivery estimates may vary by country or region.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or discontinue shipping to certain countries, regions, or addresses at any time.

Some products may not be available in all countries due to shipping limitations, production partner restrictions, customs rules, or high delivery costs.

You are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can be lawfully imported into your country.

SECTION 7: SALES CHANNELS & YOUTUBE SHOPPING

Our products may be displayed, advertised, or sold through third-party platforms including but not limited to:

YouTube Shopping

Google Merchant Center

Social media platforms

Search engines

Marketplace or advertising platforms

All purchases made through our Shopify Store are fulfilled by casa purrs and remain subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for the technical operation, availability, content, or policies of third-party platforms.

SECTION 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Store, including images, artwork, designs, text, graphics, logos, videos, product mockups, and branding, is owned by casa purrs or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, upload, scrape, use commercially, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, casa purrs SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question, except where a higher amount is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless casa purrs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

However, customers may also have mandatory consumer protection rights in their country, state, or territory of residence that cannot be excluded by these Terms.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable consumer protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in another location.
