Thank you for shopping with casa purrs. We work with a mix of trusted production and fulfilment partners so we can offer a wider range of cat-themed gifts, accessories, toys, and home décor.
Because different products are made and shipped in different ways, shipping times may vary by item type, destination, and fulfilment partner.
Order Processing & Production Times
Most items are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days after your order is placed.
Some made-to-order, personalised, or custom items may take longer, especially during busy periods such as holidays, sales, or peak gifting seasons.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates usually begin after your order has been dispatched.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced by different partners and may arrive in separate packages.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfilment partner, and delivery destination.
As a general guide:
United Kingdom: approximately 3–12 business days after dispatch
United States: approximately 4–15 business days after dispatch
Canada: approximately 9–18 business days after dispatch
Australia & New Zealand: approximately 8–25 business days after dispatch
Other international destinations: delivery times vary by location
Some items may arrive faster than these estimates, while others may take longer depending on the product type, production partner, postal carrier, customs, or peak season delays.
Delivery estimates are based on supplier and carrier guidance, but they are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the item, delivery destination, package size, and fulfilment partner.
Where Orders Ship From
Our products may ship from different fulfilment locations depending on the item ordered, supplier availability, and the customer’s delivery country.
This means your order may not always ship from the same country as our business location.
If your order contains multiple products, items may arrive separately.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow a little time for tracking to update after dispatch. Some carriers may not show movement immediately, even after a package has entered the shipping network.
International Orders, Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges when the package reaches the destination country.
These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may not be able to offer a refund or free replacement.
If possible, we will help you arrange a reshipment, but additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, please check the tracking information first. Carrier delays can happen, especially during busy periods.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hellotos [at] casapurrs [dot] com with your order number and shipping address so we can look into it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
